Enterprise customers are able to benefit from 24/7 support services for P1 issues as part of a bespoke support service. 

All customers have access to the Lumibyte Customer Portal allowing for tickets to be raised, view updates and change priority.  This also allows any specific documentation and license information to be viewed.
